He is the Founder and Chief Visionary of NEWSONG Community. He serves as an advisor and spiritual guide to domain leaders from a diversity of organizations for profit and social profit. He has served on the boards of World Vision and Fuller Seminary.Â
Rev. Dr. Ernest Chan started his ministry as Senior Pastor of Cumberland Presbyterian Chinese Church, the largest Chinese Church in North America. Dr. Chan is the Founder of Agape Renewal Ministry and is also one of the founding members of the North America Congress of Chinese Evangelicals; having served two terms as President from 1982 to 1987.

Michael is the CEO of McCausland Associates International LLC, a Colorado Springs, CO based consulting firm providing end-to-end solutions for strategy development, organizational alignment, and culture management practices. Michael is also the Founder of the Leadership Institute For Entrepreneurs (LIFE) and certified to teach the MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp curriculum.Â
Lawrence is a qualified Corporate/Commercial lawyer in BC and Ontario. He primarily serves as a Consultant to families in their strategic philanthropy. Lawrence is a co-founder of Itinera Ventures, an impact investing fund and serves as Senior Fellow at the Murdock Trust, Vancouver WA, and is a Board Member of Canadian National Christian Foundation. Lawrence and his wife Dr. Angela Lee also own Crossroads Clinic, one of the largest medical clinics in Western Canada.
A graduate of UCLA and a personal survivor of human trafficking, Rachel has extensive experience teaching, training, curriculum writing, public speaking and mentoring. As director of Sowers Education Group and author of Ending The Game: An Intervention Curriculum for Survivors of Sex Trafficking, Rachel has reached millions with messages of domestic sex trafficking awareness and helped hundreds of survivors break the bonds of attachment to traffickers and the trafficking lifestyle.
Michael Won has two decades of experience inspiring people and organizations to do more, do better and create an environment where this becomes contagious. Most energized when repairing what is broken or improving what is inefficient, his role as a leader is to increase drive and performance by tapping into the power of a higher purpose. As a serial entrepreneur, Michael believes that, in the right situations, for profit businesses can do as much good in the world as non-profits organizations.
Jennifer Friend enjoyed a successful career as a partner at a large law firm before assuming the role of CEO at Project Hope Alliance. She has personally experienced financial struggles in her childhood that forced her family from their home into living in different motels. Jennifer advocates for and advances the needs of homeless children and their families in Orange County, having had a first-hand perspective of what it takes to permanently lift children out of homelessness and successfully redirect their futures.
Tina Cheng is a serial entrepreneur and C-level startup executive in the consumer internet space. Her latest venture, Capsule Jewelry, is a 3D-printing jewelry company that creates modern, timeless designs that can be customized with your own unique handwriting or the sound wave of a voice clipping. Prior to founding Capsul Jewelry, Tina was the CEO of Jigocity, an e-commerce company with operations in six countries in Asia, which sold to a Nasdaq-traded company for $65 million. Tina is also the LA Director for SheWorx, a global collective of ambitious female entrepreneurs that provides women with access to top mentors and actionable strategies to build and scale successful companies.
